Welcome

     The Laboratory was established in September 2005, the 26th as part of the Lille Biology Institute on the Lille Pasteur campus. In 2010 Janvier the 1st, the Team has joined the Center for Infection and Immunity of Lille (CIIL)  affiliated to the Lille Pasteur Institute, the  CNRS,  INSERM and the University of Lille.

     We are interested in understanding the early steps of infection at the molecular and cellular levels. Our research focuses on the mechanisms hijacked by pathogens to interact and possibly invade the host cells. We develop an interdisciplinary approach based on combining bacterial genetics, microbiology, cell and molecular biology, biochemistry and biophysics.
